Chevron Stenciled Closet

Here we have Danielle, a DIY homeowner behind the blog 1868 Pleasant.  Danielle inherited a mauve colored bedroom that completely lacked her style.  Her bedroom redo is no ordinary tale because while most people might ignore the closet Danielle chose to glam it up!  Why yes, that is a metallic gold chevron stencil that you’re seeing inside her closet.  To get that looks she used glitter paint, similar to Benjamin Moore’s Studio Finishes Glitter Paint.  Pretty awesome, right?  Who wouldn’t want to a sparkly stripe dressing up their closet!!

I love the idea of stenciling throw pillows for the living room and bedroom. Where is the best place to find plain white pillows to do this?

Hi Darcie, Try looking into a local home decor store like a Home Goods or Bed Bath & Beyond.
